The diameters of the intake valves, relatively M111 E20, reduced to 33 mm (were 35 mm), exhaust - to 29 mm (were 31 mm). The timing drives by chain with a resource about 150000 miles. This engine came in two versions: M111.920 and M111.921. The control system for injection and ignition on M111.920 is Bosch PMS, on M111.920 version - Bosch HFM.
